Slide Ranch Spring Fling is not to be missed!

From our friend Annie Millar, the program director of Slide Ranch:

If anyone’s interested in volunteering to get in free, email
admin@slideranch.org, or go to slideranch.org/programs/events.html for
more info.

Volunteering for Spring Fling is not only a fun day of helping out and amazing non-profit educational farm, but it’s signing up for a whole day and night of fun with really great people.  After the official Spring Fling, all of the volunteers and performers have a potluck dinner, play music, get in a giant hot tub (heated right over a fire…hippie stew!) and then camp out on the property, which is right on the coast and is one of the most beautiful spots I’ve been to in the North Bay.  See the above information if you want to help out.  We’ve been playing Slide Ranch for years, and it never stops being one of the most fun shows we play, and a great way to bring in the spring!  Oh yeah, and if we’re lucky, there’s going to be some baby goats!

April update…

We had a great time playing El Rio last night with Passenger & Pilot and Cola Wars. We dressed up in our formal finery to show support for Constance McMillen as part of the “Nationwide Equality Prom.” Constance’s Mississippi high school cancelled her Prom rather than allow her to attend wearing a tuxedo with another young woman on her arm. The prom was originally scheduled for April 2nd, which coincided with last night’s show. We had a great time playing for a truly supportive room. Thanks to everyone who attended, and everyone who dressed up in solidarity!

Next up for All My Pretty Ones is a mini-break while we record with the incomparable Dan Wool. We’ve been working on a lot of new material and we’re excited to get it down for you all to enjoy in the privacy of your own homes!

Our next show is Saturday, April 24th at the Slide Ranch Spring Fling. We adore the crew over at Slide Ranch, and we enjoy traveling up to Stinson Beach twice a year to share in their family days. Not to play favorites – but the Spring Fling event has baby goats running around. So you probably don’t want to miss it.

We travel to the North Bay again on Wednesday, April 28th to play The Sleeping Lady with Beautiful Losers. It’s our first show with Drew Pearce and we’re really excited to play a new locale.

We return with a hometown East Bay show on Friday, June 11th with fellow Oaklanders Alright Class and our Bellingham band crushes Go Slowpoke playing the Starry Plough. We’ll be sure to remind you as those shows get closer, but consider this a save the date.

Happy Spring! Get out there and enjoy yourselves!

xoxoxo,
